The Core 7 configuration adds an anti-glare screen; the Core 5 is glossy. I would weigh that difference heavily when choosing a laptop for window-side cafe tables.

Battery Claims Need Testing

ASUS advertises up to 26 hours, with results dependent on usage and settings. That is a manufacturer claim, not our measurement. Video calls and a bright screen need their own unplugged test before I would trust it for a long flight.

Check the Ports Before Paying

Connectivity includes two USB-C ports, USB-A and HDMI. The Intel models specify USB 3.2 Gen 2 rather than USB4. Buyers with demanding docks should check compatibility before ordering.
